Q: What payment methods do you accept?

pualmeri accepts the following payment methods

Visa, MasterCard, Mastero, Klarna, Paypal, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Giropay, iDEAL, BLIK, Trustly, Sofort

Q: Can I pay in installments?

No, we do not support installment payments.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, we support payment by bank transfer.

Q: Can I pay on delivery?

No, we do not provide cash on delivery service at the moment.

Q: How can I track my order?

We will send a notification email to your email address after the package is shipped. A tracking link will also be included.

Q: What should I do if my order is not shipped 3 days after I place it?

We usually prepare and ship your order within 2-5 business days.

However, there are two scenarios that can result in different shipping times:

1. The product is in the pre-order stage. You can find the shipping date on our description page.

2. If it is a public holiday, we will post a notice on our website banner stating the shipping time after the public holiday.

3.In other cases, we will notify you in advance of the reason for delayed shipment.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally, your order will take 7-15 business days to arrive. (Except for pre-sale products) Delivery time depends on your location. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery.

Q: Do you support returns?

Yes, pualmeri supports returns for orders signed for within 14 days.

The exact return policy will be determined based on the actual order status. Returns may be authorized if the following conditions are met

1. The product is returned unused in its original packaging;

2. the returned product is free of scratches and dirt;

3. Returns are not supported unless the product is functionally defective and the packaging is damaged;

4. Returns without reason are not supported.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

Before returning a product, please contact atagsz@ataginter.com via email or live chat for return authorization.

Authorized returns must be shipped to our shipping address within 30 days of the return authorization date.

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for refused or returned items.
